At Frostmeow, we strive to deliver your handmade wool cat cave promptly and safely. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy.

1. Shipping Coverage & Fees

  • We ship to all provinces and cities across Vietnam.

  • Flat-rate shipping fee: 35,000 VND per order, regardless of weight or quantity.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Every product is handmade with care. Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process, package, and dispatch your order.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Example:

  • Order placed on Monday → Shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday → Delivered by Friday to the following Tuesday.

4. Potential Delays

While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:

  • Weather events such as heavy storms or floods

  • Public holidays or Tet (Lunar New Year) disruptions

  • Logistical issues from third-party delivery services

  • High-demand seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

In these situations, we will do our best to inform you via email or phone if delays are expected.

5. Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your package does not arrive within the expected time:

  • Please allow an extra 2–3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting support.

  • We will liaise with our delivery partners to track and resolve the issue quickly.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address entries

  • Re-delivery charges for returned packages caused by incorrect information
