How to Pay at Frostmeow

We make it easy and secure for you to complete your purchase with bank transfer via QR code, supported by most banking apps in Vietnam.

We accept payment through QR Code banking transfers, allowing a fast and seamless checkout experience.

📲 2. How to Make a Payment

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Place your order on Frostmeow and proceed to checkout.

  2. On the payment page, you will see a QR Code generated specifically for your order.

  3. Open your banking app on your phone.

  4. Select “Scan QR” (quét mã QR) feature.

  5. Scan the code on your screen.

  6. Double-check:

    • Amount to pay is correct

    • Transfer note (Nội dung chuyển khoản) includes your Order ID or your name + phone number

  7. Confirm the transfer.

⏳ 3. Payment Confirmation

  • After successful transfer, your order will be marked as “Paid” and sent to production within 1–2 business days.

  • If we do not receive payment within 24 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.

  • If your app fails to scan the code, you can opt to copy the account number and transfer manually.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Always ensure you include the correct Order ID or reference in the transfer message to help us verify your payment faster.

  • We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) at this time.
